Linc 52 & Linc 32 Bring Condominiums and Rental Homes to City of Orange Township, Just Steps from New Jersey Transit Train Station
RPM Development Group has launched sales at Linc 52 at Orange Station, a new five-story condominium building being developed in the City of Orange Township, N.J. as part of the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency’s (NJHMFA) CHOICE program.

City of Orange Township, N.J. officials joined Anthony Marchetta, the Executive Director of the NJHMFA, county and state officials and development principals on April 18th for a special ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the Grand Opening of the building, which is conveniently located steps from New Jersey Transit’s Orange Train Station with quick 30-minute access to New York City’s Penn Station via the Midtown Direct line.
“The City of Orange is recognized for its transit-oriented lifestyle and Linc 52 will serve as a model for smart growth and sustainable development at Orange Station,” says Ed Martoglio, President of Montclair, N.J.-based RPM Development Group. “We’re delighted to introduce this signature residential address and deliver a 21st Century urban lifestyle in a sleek and modern building, with luxurious and spacious condominiums, in an ultra-convenient transit village, all at incredibly competitive pricing.”

Linc 52’s official debut to the public comes less than a month after the developer opened preview sales which resulted in more than 30% of the building’s 24 homes already sold. The building offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominiums, priced from the high-$180,000s to the mid-$300,000s. There’s also a select number of top-floor, two-story Penthouse condominiums that feature private, outdoor space.
Available for immediate occupancy, the residences range from 700 to 1,591 square-feet and boast many designer interior elements, including hardwood floors, spacious and open living areas, chef-inspired kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, high ceilings and expansive master bedroom suites with walk-in closets.
“Linc 52 has attracted a wide mix of buyers strongly drawn to its outstanding transit-oriented location and captivated by the opportunity to receive homes that provide a high level of quality, comfort and luxury at an affordable price,” says Michael Kehl, Executive Vice President of Builder Marketing Services Co., Inc., the building’s exclusive sales and marketing agent.
“We’ve had many young couples and single-professionals who appreciate the ability to reach business centers in New York City within a half hour, and then return to a brand new home in a welcoming and lively urban community. Empty-nesters looking to downsize have also expressed interest in the ease of living and convenience that comes with a maintenance-free, upscale condominium in the heart of an exciting and vibrant city setting.”
Adding to the appeal of Linc 52 is the building’s participation in the NJHMFA CHOICE program, which provides buyers access to innovative mortgage programs, such as 100% financing. The unique offer allows former renters and first-time buyers to purchase a home at Linc 52 with no money down and still maintain mortgage payments similar to monthly rental bills.
Designed by Inglese Architecture & Engineering, Linc 52’s glass-and-brick exterior creates an instantly recognizable residential building in the middle of Orange, N.J.’s transit hub. The elevator building’s unique triangular design maximizes views with some homes featuring floor-to-ceiling windows to allow for incredible light and heightened sense of space.
The close-knit community environment at Linc 52 is enhanced by a social and recreational amenity package that is highlighted by a decorated lobby, community room, an on-site fitness center located in Linc 32, the developer’s rental apartment community located adjacent to Linc 52. There’s also secured onsite underground parking.
Linc 52 has been created in accordance with the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) standards for LEED ® certification at the Platinum level. The Platinum designation is the highest possible level of certification, meaning the building features a considerable amount of innovative, eco-friendly components that lessen the strain on the surrounding neighborhood and has been developed with environmentally-conscience design practices and construction materials and products. The building’s location near the Orange Train Station, which encourages the use of mass transportation and reduces dependence on automobiles, is another strong contributor to its sustainability.
The Energy Star-certified condominiums at Linc 52 include energy-saving light features, thermostats, water heaters and more which equates to significant discounts on monthly utility bills for homeowners.
Linc 52 combines with the neighboring Linc 32 upscale apartment building to create the overall Linc at Orange Station, a master planned redevelopment community. Linc 32 sits across a public road and walkway from Linc 52 and offers one, two-and three-bedroom rental homes plus loft duplexes. Apartments include high-end, condo-level finishes such as kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bars, hardwood floors and plush carpeting.
