NJ Transit’s only commuter-friendly board meeting this year will take place at 6 p.m. on Wednesday. The number of NJ Transit evening meetings was rolled back from two to one last year.
The meeting will be held at NJ Transit’s headquarters on Raymond Boulevard in Newark, across the street from the rear of Penn Station.
The public comment portion of the meeting is first. NJ Transit has instituted airport-style security screening, so arrive early and allow extra time to go through that process. The agenda is on line at NJTransit.com.
Speakers are given five minutes to make their point.
