The Halsey Festival will take place on Thursday, September 17, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. along Halsey Street between Central Avenue and New Street in downtown Newark. The event is organized by the Newark Downtown District in partnership with Newark Alliance and Newark Happening.

The festival features live entertainment, a marketplace of food and artisan goods from local vendors, and free, family-friendly activities. This year’s festival will also include Newark Fashion Night Out, bringing fashion and culture programming to the street.
