Trevor Noah, the host of Comedy Central’s Emmy-winning Daily Show, returns by popular demand with an evening of hilarious stand-up! Trevor Noah was already the most successful comedian in Africa when he was introduced to U.S. audiences in 2014, as the successor to host Jon Stewart on Comedy Central’s Daily Show. Since then, Noah has become one of the world’s brightest comic masterminds, thanks in part to his Comedy Central special, Trevor Noah: Lost in Translation. In that show as well as his current material, Noah brings a unique global perspective to American culture and politics, with results that are as thoughtful as they are riotously funny.

An Evening with Bill Maher

2017-02-24_11-19-47Spend an uproarious, provocative evening of Real Time with Emmy-winning comedian, author and political commentator Bill Maher.

NJPAC, Sunday, June 25th at 7:30

For well over two decades now, Bill Maher has masterfully combined stand-up comedy with political provocation, and helped to extend the boundaries of where funny, relevant talk can go on American television. First on Comedy Central’s Politically Incorrect and for the last 12 years on HBO’s Real Time, Maher’s combination of unflinching honesty and big laughs have earned him a whopping 38 Emmy Award nominations.

Maher began his career as a stand-up comedian back in in 1979. Since then, he has earned acclaim for his 10 stand-up specials on HBO, and continues to perform at least 50 sold-out dates a year in Las Vegas and on stages across the country. Maher’s career path has also taken him to Broadway (the one-man Victory Begins at Home), the big screen (with the hit 2008 documentary, Religulous), and the best-seller list.
