Hudson County freeholders OK $2.6 million in open space grants

More than $2.6 million in open space grants in Hudson County has been approved by the county board of freeholders, a spokesman for the board said. The funds will go toward acquisitions, park improvements and historic preservation projects throughout Hudson County. Included in the grants are $300,000 for the Harrison Public Library.
