According to https://www.tapinto.net A three-decade Newark tradition will continue next month with the celebration of Three Kings Day, at which children are anticipated to receive gifts and enjoy face painting, among other festivities.

At-Large Councilman Luis Quintana, the event’s principal organizer, said the city has been hosting the festival with a range of partners for nearly 30 years.

“We get about 3,000 children from Newark Public Schools. We get all the schools. We get sponsors,” Quintana said. “We get the fire department to help us and the Newark police to give out toys to the children.”
