Jersey Shore boardwalk’s Giant Wheel won’t be lit up for the holidays this year.

As reported by http://nj.com The end of summer isn’t always the end of fun at the Jersey Shore. The Giant Wheel — a ferris wheel at Morey’s Pier — is one of those year-round attractions for many around the state to enjoy sweeping views, as well as a fun light show for holidays. But this offseason, the plug has been pulled for necessary renovations.
