Kamasu by Kissaki, a popular sushi restaurant in NYC’s Hudson Yards, has signed a lease to open a location at the Junction inside Gateway Center in Newark. Jersey Digs reports it will be the 11th dining option inside the 100,000 SF dining center. Per Jersey Digs: “Kamasu by Kissaki features “sets” of open faced, Temaki hand rolls and an a la carte menu of maki, specialty futomaki, and donburi dishes.”
